THE AUTHOR
My Approach
I spent 35+ years leading complex global supply chains — first in semiconductors and aerospace & defense, and later as a Senior Advisor to the US Secretary of State, where I led the supply chain resilience analysis that contributed to the CHIPS Act.
Today, I write at the intersection of geopolitical risk, AI-enabled decision making, and principled leadership. My goal is simple: help CSCOs, COOs, and strategic leaders build supply chains that are both resilient and disciplined — even in an era of constant volatility.
Every framework and insight I share comes from real experience at the highest levels of industry and government, not theory.

Deploying AI and data-driven tools to surface risk, improve forecasting, and sharpen decision-making across the supply chain.
02
COST
Cost Discipline
Building lean, efficient operations that don't sacrifice resilience — because margin and durability are not mutually exclusive.
03
RESILIENCE
Resilient Architecture
Designing supply chains that absorb geopolitical shocks, supplier failures, and demand volatility without catastrophic disruption.
"I've spent my career building and leading supply chains designed to absorb the shocks they cannot predict."
